A huge shoutout to Genesis, the leasing agent who helped us—she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. She took her time answering all our questions and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect, the community is beautiful, and the apartment itself exceeded our expectations—modern, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. I'm very happy with my decision to move into Brea Frisco. The location is unbeatable, with quick access to grocery stores, parks, and public transportation, also The management staff is professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I've submitted a maintenance request the team has resolved the problem the same day or within a few hours. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming home

Both guys were very helpful and friendly. Helped me get my nest information along with request for new filter. Noticed it needed to be cleaned out closest. Vacuumed it out. Appreciate all they did.

We just moved into this apartment, and the experience has been wonderful! Chantel and Sophie were so kind and generous — they went above and beyond to help us during the move and made everything feel so welcoming. The management team has been amazing too, really supportive and easy to work with. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for us. Couldn’t be happier

Love the staff and the unit! Easy to get on and off the HWY and close to great food and shopping. Secluded enough to get away from a lot of noise.
