Pet Policy
Brea Frisco is a pet-friendly community and welcomes cats, dogs, and small caged pets. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment home. There is a $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
While we welcome pets, certain restrictions apply to exotic animals and select dog breeds. We partner with PetScreening.com to make the approval process simple and convenient. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
